Bleuroot is a farm-to-table restaurant in downtown West Dundee that partners with local farms for grass-fed meat and organically grown vegetables. They reached out to discuss a potential brand refresh, and I developed several concepts that blended their existing rustic theme with a more refined, simplified and sophisticated twist.
